On May 7th we will harness the potent energy of the new moon to help us transmute triggers and embrace the wisdom of our intuition. 

The new moon phase is a more introspective time and represents new beginnings as we plant seeds for the future. It's a good time to set clear intentions for the month ahead and what better time than to clear triggers so we can connect deeper with our intuition and trust the wisdom from within.

We all have triggers. Often these triggers cause us to respond in ways that sabotage our relationships, blind us to opportunities and leave us with a victim mentality. Are you ready to look at these triggers, to overcome these self limiting perspectives? And to connect to the voice of your intuition? 

At our new Moon circle, we're going to tackle this topic. Through meditation, breathwork, and reflective exercises, we'll lead you through the process of transmuting trigger behaviors. We'll uncover the patterns that hinder our growth and inhibit us from becoming the best versions of ourselves. Then we'll take a moment to awaken our intuition and learn to trust the whispers of our inner guidance. 

After some reflective time and some group sharing we'll shake off the old with a good old fashioned dance party. To top off the evening Lori will decorate everyone with a henna tattoo inspired by spirit and the new Moon energies.
