About the event

Join Jade Romanishen and Lori Fast for their 2nd full moon circle on June 24th. Where we offer a cozy space for people to gather and touch on topics that nourish our soul and help us along our healing journey.

This capricorn full moon is potent for realizing some of the patterns were stuck in and where we lack self authority, stability, and groundedness in our own self worth. We'll utilize the energy of June's full moon to take a deeper look at our attachment styles and how these patterns have manifest in our lives.

We'll lead a discussion on how our attachment styles were formed in younger years and how they may be sabotaging your current circumstance and holding us back from deep and meaningful relationships. Are you ready to look at the attachments you have and how they affect you in your day to day life? We'll talk about how to shift our perspectives and practice emodying healthy connection in relationships. We'll use visualization exercises and meditation to release attachments and move into a healthy state of connection.

And of course no full moon gathering is complete without the action of a ritual and so we'll lead the group through a releasing ritual and breath exercise to bring in the new version of yourself. To top off the evening Lori will decorate everyone with a small henna tattoo inspired by spirit and the Full Moon energies.

Please bring a Yoga Matt or cushion to sit on, a journal and pen for reflection.
